$79/month. Complete proposal workflow for one business owner.
Billing Policy
This Billing Policy explains PropoKit plans, trials, renewals, payment processing, cancellation, refunds, failed payments, and billing support.
PropoKit is operated by Denali Tech Inc.
PropoKit offers paid plans for contractors and service businesses that need a cleaner proposal workflow. Current plan options and prices are shown on the Pricing page and during checkout.
$79/month. Complete proposal workflow for one business owner.
$149/month. The same complete workflow for a team, with teammate access, shared files, shared proposal library, imports, bulk updates, role controls, and more storage.
Annual billing may be available and may include a discount compared with monthly billing. Current annual pricing is shown on the Pricing page and during checkout.
Plan features may vary by plan, billing state, trial state, account access, and product availability. Current plan details are shown on the Pricing page and in the app.
PropoKit may offer trials, setup access, or other introductory access options. The exact terms are shown before you start the trial or checkout.
If you start a trial with a payment method, you should see the trial length, trial end date, selected plan, renewal price, billing interval, and cancellation path before you confirm.
You should not be charged until the trial ends, unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise.
If PropoKit allows setup without payment, that setup access may be limited. Some actions, such as exporting, sharing, signing, QuickBooks, team access, or higher AI usage, may require an active trial or paid plan.
Payments are processed by an approved payment provider such as Stripe. PropoKit should not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may handle card details, billing information, subscription status, invoices, taxes, and payment events needed to process your subscription.
Keep your payment method accurate and up to date to avoid interrupted access.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. The renewal date, billing interval, and plan should be shown in Billing or during checkout.
You can cancel your subscription from Billing where available. Cancellation stops future renewal, but it may not automatically refund charges already made.
Your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the app or checkout terms say otherwise.
After the billing period ends, your account may move into limited access, no-plan, canceled, or read-only states depending on product rules.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by PropoKit. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support as soon as possible.
Refund review may consider duplicate charges, billing errors, failed cancellation confusion, service access problems, charge timing, trial disclosure issues, or other account-specific facts.
Annual subscriptions may be billed upfront. Refunds or credits for annual plans are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved by PropoKit.
Approved refunds, credits, or account adjustments may affect access, partner commission eligibility, and subscription state.
If a payment fails, PropoKit or its payment provider may retry the payment and notify you. Your account may keep access for a short period, become limited, or lose paid access if payment is not resolved.
Update your payment method from Billing if your payment fails.
Prices may not include taxes unless clearly stated. Taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment provider based on your billing information, location, plan, and applicable tax rules.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
If plan upgrades, downgrades, monthly-to-annual changes, or annual-to-monthly changes are available, the app or checkout flow should show the new plan, billing interval, price, and effective date before you confirm.
Do not assume a plan change is complete until the app or payment provider confirms it.
Pro includes owner access plus up to five teammates. The account owner or authorized administrator is responsible for managing team access, roles, and billing.
Removing a teammate does not necessarily change your subscription price unless the plan or billing flow explicitly supports seat-based adjustments.
QuickBooks features may depend on plan, account state, role permissions, connection state, and product availability. QuickBooks remains the accounting system of record. PropoKit manages proposal workflow and accepted-work preparation before accounting begins.
Canceling PropoKit does not cancel your QuickBooks account. QuickBooks is managed separately by Intuit.
Cancellation may limit access to paid features, but it does not necessarily delete your account immediately. You may still be able to access Billing, Support, account-safety tools, data export, or deletion flows depending on your account state.
If available, account data export should be requested from inside the signed-in app and may require owner access and recent authentication.
Account deletion is separate from cancellation and may require email confirmation, signed-in access, recent authentication, owner safety checks, billing checks, team checks, QuickBooks checks, or support-assisted review.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, your account may be reviewed, limited, paused, or canceled while the dispute is handled. Contact support first if you believe there was a billing error.
Chargebacks, refunds, fraud review, or billing disputes may affect account access and subscription state.
PropoKit may change plan prices or billing terms over time. If a change affects your current subscription, PropoKit should provide notice where required or appropriate. Your continued use after a change takes effect may be treated as acceptance of the updated pricing or billing terms.
The current Pricing page and checkout flow are the source for new subscription pricing.
PropoKit may offer discounts, promotions, trials, complimentary access, or special terms. These offers may have separate limits, expiration dates, eligibility rules, and cancellation behavior.
Examples include founding customer pricing, annual discount, manual account credit, complimentary access, partner or referral offer, or limited-time promotion.
Discounts and promotional access are not guaranteed unless confirmed by PropoKit.
Some billing cases may require support-assisted review, especially if account ownership, team access, QuickBooks connection, payment dispute, data export, or account deletion state affects the account.
For your safety, do not send sensitive payment or account secrets through support messages.
Questions about billing, plans, cancellation, refunds, failed payments, or account access can be sent to PropoKit Support.
